Where the line is
Squarespace and Wix are genuinely good at brochures. If all you need is five pages describing your business, use one - we will tell you so, for free. What they cannot do is take a deposit, hold a calendar, remember a returning customer, or talk to the software you already run. That is the line, and everything on our side of it is what we build.
What we build
Every one of these is running in production on a site we own. None of them is a capability we are describing hypothetically.
Customers pick a time, pay a deposit, and get a confirmation. You stop playing phone tag.
Take money on the site, track the order through to fulfilment, and refund without a support ticket.
A place customers sign in to see their history, documents, quotes, or job status.
Quoting, intake, dispatch, inventory - the thing you currently do by hand twice.
Fast, findable, and correct on a phone. The table stakes, done properly.
Proof, not screenshots
A custom manufacturing platform: a customer describes a physical object, gets an AI concept image back in seconds, a human quotes it, and the finished part ships to their door.
We lead with this because we own it, which means we can show you the inside - the database schema, the webhook handler, the decisions that went wrong and got fixed. Most portfolios are screenshots. This one you can sign into.
How it goes
The two places freelance web projects fail are a vague scope and a month of silence. This process exists to remove both.
Pricing
A fixed price on an agreed scope. You will know what this costs before you are committed to anything.
The brochure done right, when that genuinely is all you need.
The site, plus the half that does the work. This is the one we are built for.
Hosting, updates, backups, and a person who answers.
Fair questions
For a brochure site, do. They are good and they are cheap. The moment you need real booking rules, deposits, customer logins, or a connection to software you already run, you hit the edge of what a builder can do and start paying monthly for add-ons that half-fit. That edge is where we start.
AI builders have genuinely taken over the bottom of this market and we are not trying to compete there. What they do not produce is a payment webhook that verifies its signature, a permissions model that holds up, or a system that still makes sense when your business changes next year. We use AI tooling daily - it is a fast assistant and a poor engineer.
Sites start at $1,500 and applications at $3,500, both fixed after a written scope. Wide range because a booking system for one person and one for six staff are different builds. The scoping conversation is free and you get the number before you commit.
Two to three weeks for a site, four to eight for an application. The variable is almost never the code - it is how fast content, photos, and decisions come back from your side. We tell you at scoping what we need from you and when.
Half an hour, no charge, no obligation. If a template solves your problem we will say so - that answer is free too.
